Interface Python para libapt-pkg

A interface Python apt_pkg irá disponibilizar acesso total às estruturas internas da libapt-pkg permitindo aos programas Python executar facilmente uma variedade de funções, tais como: 

 - Acesso ao sistema de configuração APT
 - Acesso à base de dados de informação de pacotes APT
 - Analisar os ficheiros de controlo dum pacote Debian, e outros ficheiros
   com uma estrutura semelhante.

A interface Python incluída 'aptsources' disponibiliza uma abstracção da configuração sources.list no repositório e no nível da distribuição.
