Clone livre do Pico com algumas características novas

O GNU nano é um substituto livre do Pico, o editor por omissão do Pine. O Pine está sob uma licença restritiva, que o torna desadequado para a secção main do Debian. O GNU nano é uma tentativa de fornecer um editor parecido ao Pico, mas inclui também algumas funcionalidades que estavam em falta no original, tal como 'procurar e substituir', 'ir para linha' ou suporte a internacionalização.
