Kinput2 é um servidor de entrada para aplicações X11 que quiserem entrada de texto Japonês.

Um cliente que quiser serviços de conversão kana-kanji para texto Japonês envia pedido ao kinput2. Kinput2 recebe o pedido, faz a conversão kana-kanji, e envia o texto convertido de volta ao cliente.

Este pacote suporta o cannaserver Canna.
