Programa para criar páginas de manual simples a partir da saída --help e --version de outros programas.

Como a maioria da documentação GNU está hoje no formato info, esta ferramenta provê uma forma de gerar uma página de manual tapa buraco apontando para aquela documentação enquanto ainda traz algumas informações úteis.
