khmerconverter converte arquivos entre as codificações Unicode e Khmer legada baseada em fontes usando a gama ASCII/ANSI.

Ele atualmente suporta arquivos de texto puro, arquivos OpenDocument (ODT) e arquivos HTML codificados com UTF-8 e as fontes Khmer legadas ABC, ABC-ZWSP, Baidok, Fk, Khek, Limon e Truth.

Por favor instale python-tk e tix para usar a interface gráfica (GUI).
