Bing é uma ferramenta de medida de largura de banda ponto-a-ponto (por isso o 'b'), baseado no ping.

Bing determina a vazão ("throughput") real (crua, ao invés da disponível ou da média) em um link medindo os tempos de ida e volta das requisições ICMP echo para diferentes tamanhos de pacote em cada ponta final do link.
