gerenciador de pacotes para RPM

O RPM Package Manager (RPM) é um sistema de gerencia de pacotes em linha de comando para instalar, desinstalar, verificar, consultar e atualizar pacotes de software de computador.

Em sistemas Debian e derivados é recomendado usar o "alien" para converter pacotes RPM em formato .deb ao invés de driblar o gerenciamento de pacotes Debian instalando diretamente com rpm.
