GNU libpolyxmass is a C language library that is used by the GUI program of the GNU polyxmass software package. This library contains all the chemical intelligence of GNU polyxmass and a number of housekeeping functions that are used throughout the whole GNU polyxmass project.

libpolyxmass implements all the polymer chemistry abstraction layer that is used in the other modules of the GNU polyxmass mass spectrometric software suite.
