aview는 고품질 ASCII 아트 이미지 뷰어와 비디오 재생 프로그램입니다. aview는 lynx, links나 w3m 같은 텍스트 기반 브라우저와 함께 쓸 때 특히 유용합니다.

aview는 pnm, pgm, pbm, ppm 이미지 형식뿐만 아니라 FLI와 FLC 비디오 형식을 지원합니다. aview는 또한 stdio, (n)curses와 slang을 통한 출력을 지원하고 gpm까지 지원합니다.
