新正書法ドイツ語 (de-DE-1996) の ispell 用辞書で、同書法は 1998-08-01 から使われており、2005-08-01 からは義務化されます

有名な (旧正書法ドイツ語 (de-DE-1901) を使っており、iogerman パッケージ で入手可能な) hkgerman 辞書をベースにしており、多くの修正と追加がなされ ています。
