arch2darcs is used to convert an Arch repository to Darcs, automaticaly preserving: 

 * All original logs


 * Modification dates


 * All adds, deletes, and renames that were versioned with tla


 * Files in Arch.

arch2darcs can process entire Arch/tla branches at once.
