infrastruttura SGML e supporto per file catalogo SGML

Questo pacchetto crea le directory dell'infrastruttura SGML e fornisce il supporto per i file di catalogo SGML in accordo con l'attuale bozza della Debian SGML Policy:

  * infrastruttura delle directory:
     - /etc/sgml
     - /usr/share/sgml/{declaration,dtd,entities,misc,stylesheet}
     - /usr/share/local/sgml/{declaration,dtd,entities,misc,stylesheet}

  * update-catalog(8): strumento per mantenere il file di catalogo SGML
    principale e i file di catalogo SGML del pacchetto nella directory
    "etc/sgml"
