programma di posta che gestisce POP, IMAP e mh usando Tk

TkRat è un programma di posta (MUA, Mail User Agent) che gestisce MIME. È scritto principalmente in C, ma l'interfaccia grafica è fatta in tcl/tk.

Il programma attualmente riconosce le caselle di posta Unix, POP, IMAP e le cartelle mh. Può gestire un database di messaggi associati ad eventi attivati alla scadenza di intervalli temporali. I messaggi sono spediti via SMTP o usando qualunque programma configurato dall'utente (ad esempio sendmail).
