Emulatore di terminale VT102 per il sistema X Window

Rxvt è un rimpiazzo a 8 bit di xterm, semplice e a colori, che utilizza molta memoria in meno rispetto ad un xterm convenzionale, soprattutto grazie al fatto che non supporta un toolkit configurabile o la grafica Tek, ma anche poiché alcune funzionalità possono essere disabilitate durante la compilazione a seconda dei propri bisogni.

È incluso anche rclock, un più leggero e migliore sostituto di xclock, con agenda degli appuntamenti e funzioni di xbiff.

Questo pacchetto contiene la versione in sviluppo (beta) di rxvt. Vedere il pacchetto rxvt per la versione stabile di rxvt.
