OpenJade è un'implementazione del linguaggio DSSSL descritto nello standard ISO/IEC 10179:1996. È basato sul software Jade di James Clark.

Questo è l'ultimo rilascio stabile di OpenJade. Per avere l'ultimissima versione, installare il pacchetto "openjade".

Il processore OpenJade, in combinazione con un foglio stile DSSSL, è in grado di tradurre documenti SGML in altri formati. Al momento sono supportati i formati di output RTF, HTML, MIF e JadeTeX, oppure una rappresentazione XML dell'albero flow object. Usando il proprio sistema non-standard, è anche in grado di trasformare documenti SGML o XML in documenti conformi a un diverso DTD.
