analisi MCMC dei collegamenti in generici alberi genealogici

Esegue l'analisi multi-punto di linkage, con il metodo delle catene di Markov Montecarlo, su alberi genealogici grandi e complessi. Il pacchetto attuale supporta unicamente l'analisi degli aspetti quantitativi, sebbene questa limitazione sarà eliminata nelle versioni successive. La stima congiunta del numero QTL, della posizione e degli effetti usa Reversible Jump MCMC. Si possono anche effettuare analisi di tipo "affected only IBD sharing".
