converte tra le obsolete codifiche Khmer e quella Unicode

khmerconverter converte file tra la codifica Unicode e le vecchie codifiche Khmer basate su caratteri che usano la gamma di caratteri ASCII/ANSI.

Attualmente supporta file puro testo, file OpenDocument (ODT) e file HTML codificati in UTF-8 e i vecchi tipi di carattere Khmer ABC, ABC-ZWSP, Baidok, Fk, Khek, Limon e Truth.

Per usare l'interfaccia grafica (GUI) si installi python-tk e tix.
