Uno strumento a riga di comando per aggiungere, modificare, rimuovere o visualizzare tag ID3v2, oltre a convertire o elencare tag ID3v1. I tag ID3 sono normalmente incorporati in file musicali compressi, come MP3, e sono il modo standard di descrivere più in dettaglio il contenuto rispetto a ciò che si potrebbe normalmente fare mettendo le informazioni nel nome del file.
