Analizza l'elenco dei mirror scaricato da ftp.debian.org e poi, in base alla regione specificata dall'utente, testa la larghezza di banda per ogni mirror e alla fine scrive il file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/apt-spy.list usando il mirror migliore trovato.
