dvdbackup estrae tutti (o opzionalmente solo quelli selezionati) i titoli presenti sul DVD. Struttura i file estratti in un formato adatto per la masterizzazione successiva con genisoimage e dvdrecord. Ha il vantaggio di essere molto facile da usare, piccolo e veloce.
