Bochs è un emulatore per PC IA-32 (x86) scritto in C++, libero ed altamente portabile, che può essere eseguito sulle più diffuse piattaforme. Contiene l'emulatore per la CPU Intel x86, i più comuni dispositivi di I/O e un BIOS personalizzato.

**AVVERTENZA VERAMENTE IMPORTANTE** Eseguendo Bochs con questo plugin tutto l'input immesso tramite la tastiera, compreso Alt-Fx, verrà rediretto al sistema operativo ospite, bloccando il terminale. Un'eccezione è il tasto F12, che può essere utilizzato per interrompere l'emulazione.
