A ScientificPython egy Python modulgyűjtemény, amelynek tagjai tudományos számításokhoz nyújtanak segítséget. A legtöbb modul inkább általános, mások specifikus területhez tartoznak és csak néhány fel- használó számára érdekesek (pl.: Scientific.IO.PDB modul). Majdnem mindegyik modul a Numerical Python-t (NumPy) használja működéséhez.
