Non-linear editor for Digital Video data

Kino allows you to record, create, edit, and play movies recorded with DV camcorders. This program uses many keyboard commands for fast navigating and editing inside the movie.

The kino-timfx and kino-dvtitler are now provided with kino.

The kino-dvtitler plug-in enables the generation of titles for videos using the GTK2 fontsystem.

kino-timfx provides various effect plug-ins for kino: image luma transition, color hold filter, blur filter, soft focus filter, and corner out transition.
