GNAT Library for Ada Distributed Execution

Annex E of the Ada 95 language standard allows to create an application where objects are physically distributed over a network of machines, without having to interface to any low-level communication layer.

GLADE stands for GNAT Library for Ada Distributed Execution; it has nothing to do with the graphical interface builder of the same name.

This package contains utilities to build and start distributed applications.
