Apache Tomcat 5 is the reference implementation for the Java Servlet 2.4 and JavaServer Pages (JSP) 2.0 specification from the Apache Jakarta project.
This package just contains the startup scripts for Tomcat 5. No documentation or web applications (webapps) are included here, please install the tomcat5-webapps package if you want them.
