The mew-bin package contains external commands for the mew package. 

 - The mewencode utility encode/decode MIME objects.
 - The mewl utility extracts necessary fields from messages
   stored in folders.
 - The incm utility incoporates new mails from the mbox or
   the maildir to Mew's inbox folder.
 - The mewstunnel utility is a wrapper script for using stunnel.
