Permite programar dispositivos con jtag como las CPU o FPGA

El paquete openwince-jtag contiene la utilidad jtag que permite trabajar con dispositivos hardware compatibles con JTAG y placas que usen un adaptador JTAG. Es posible programar nuevo firmware en chips flash o descargar flujos de bits en las FPGA con esta herramienta.
