Dado que mlterm comprueba la localización actual y selecciona la codificación apropiada, usted no necesita configurar mlterm para que muestre su lengua y codificación.
mlterm también soporta características únicas como un API de barras de desplazamiento, ventanas múltiples, múltiples XIM, «antialiasing» utilizando FreeType y Xft, y demás.
