Kover es un impresor de carátulas de CD «WYSIWYG» («What You See Is What You Get», «lo que ves es lo que obtienes», n. del t.). Puede introducir el título, el contenido, poner un color de fondo, introducir texto, incluir imágenes u obtener el título y el nombre de las pistas desde CDDB (incluyendo el código CDDB 211). Kover puede autenticarse a través de un proxy (básico, pero no resumido) para acceder a CDDB y hacer una solicitud a CDDB simplemente introduciendo el identificador CDDB (es decir, no hace falta tener introducido el CD)
