Monochrome DjVu multipage encoder, single page encoder/decoder

Minidjvu is a multipage DjVu encoder and single page encoder/decoder. No colors or grayscale, just black and white. In addition to the DjVu format, minidjvu reads and writes PBM, Windows BMP, and TIFF.
