BitTorrent je nástroj pro peer-to-peer distribuování souborů.

Azureus nabízí stahování více torrentů zároveň, systém front/priorit torrentů a souborů, možnosti pro spuštění/zastavení seedování a okamžitý přístup k nejrůznějším informacím o torrentech. Azureus nyní obsahuje zabudovaný tracker, který je jednoduchý na nastavení a připraven k okamžitému používání.
