Čtečka novinek s podporou vláken (rychlá na pomalé lince)

Slrn je čtečka novinek s podporou barev, která byla vytvořena pro rychlé čtení novinek na pomalých linkách.

Slrn umí číst novinky usenetu přes NNTP nebo přímo z místního adresáře spool s novinkami.

Slrn je možné nastavovat v jeho souboru rc a dokonce obsahuje svůj vlastní jazyk maker. Také podporuje likvidaci souborů a skóre článků.
