Hra pokračuje v tradici her Marble Madness nebo Super Monkey Ball, ve hře Neverball je vaším úkolem provést míč skrz nepřátelské území. Přitom balancujete na hraně mostů, pohybujete se bludišti, překračujete pohybující se platformy a vyhýbáte se různým nástrahám a sprškám až nakonec dosáhnete svého cíle. Přitom závodíte s časem a sbíráte body, za které získáte extra míče.
