Qemu Launcher nabízí grafické rozhraní ke všem základním a mnoha pokročilým parametrům emulátoru QEMU. Umožňuje vytvářet, ukládat a spouštět více konfigurací virtuálních strojů a také vytvářet a převádět obrazy disku.

Qemu Launcher využívá režim QEMU, který emuluje kompletní počítač, což umožňuje na virtuálním stroji spouštět nijak neupravené operační systémy.
