so xa+cv may be used again.

* The xcin binary was inadvertently installed in /usr/bin instead of
/usr/X11R6/bin, and xcin could not be started from menu in X.

xcin (2.3.03-1) frozen unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release. xcin has been modified upstream to depend
on crxvt from the rxvt-ml_2.4.5 package. It would be really nice
to include in Slink because rxvt-ml's crxvt works so much better
than the one included in xcin_2.3.02. Thanks! :-)

+ 將 startf, cpg 設成 global 的 static variable.
+ 修改 send_first，不需傳入 startf,cfg. 同時在 send_first
中檢查 sel_pho 的值，看說是在選詞的狀態還是 選字的狀態。
+ 將按空白鍵及 Up, down 鍵的反應分開 原本是寫在一起，所以 if
loop 很多，同時會出問題 像是之前有人所提的在 going_key=0
時無法選頁就是這裡的問題。
