wmppp.app (1.3.0-3) unstable; urgency=low

   * Fixed build-dependency on obsolete xpm4g-dev package (closes:#92683)
   * Rebuilt against XFree86-4.
   * Moved binary and man page out of X11R6 tree, as per new policy.
   * Changed debian/rules to use the new dh_installman, and therefore added
     versioned build-depends on debhelper.
