* Bumped policy version to 3.5.10
* Use -falign-loops, -falign-jumps, -falign-functions instead of
their -m counterparts when compiling on x86, as per the
recommendation of gcc-3.3, which tells me that -malign-loops
etc. is now obsolete. If someone working on one of the other
architectures tells me it's needed there as well, I'll just do it
everywhere, but until then I'm uninclined to tinker with options
on architectures I can't test easily.

* Add newline at the end of joystick.c. This doesn't seem to stop
dpkg-source from complaining about it and ssystem.h, though (dpkg

* Apparantly the glide shared library link is sufficiently dynamic to
not require a dependency (i.e. if you don't have it, it won't even
show up in ldd). I didn't know this was even possible until Dan
Gohman <gohmandj@mrs.umn.edu> pointed out to me that he could
force-depends install ssystem on his machine without glide or svgalib
and have it work fine (albeit in software mode). So, that dependency
has been removed.

permissions that for some reason breaks my current dpkg-source
(although it obviously worked before once). I've built a new
orig.tar.gz file from the old one, with that permission set to 755.
