- ESD sound support. (Dropped my NAS hack for this.)
* To make sound support work, I had to pass NULL to esd_open_sound, which
makes it use the default.
* Man page update.
* Gee, I really hate upstream source that has dos line-endings. Especially
when they are only on approximatly every other line of each file.

Half the files upstream use dos line endings, half don't. Urk!
