* Use upstream icons for menu items. Added to Debian diff in xpm format
for compatibility with 'menu'. Install both 32x32 and 16x16 sizes.
* Include patch from upstream SVN to fix the GPX export when using Qt4 and
a German locale (Closes: #482126). Thanks to Philipp Matthias Hahn for
reporting.
