All of the code is available under the GNU General Public License.  The 
original file ipa/ipaSerifRegularPS.c, which has licensing terms
incompatible with the GPL, was replaced by ipa/xipaPS.c, released under the
GNU GPL.

On Debian GNU/Linux systems, the complete text of the GNU General
Public License can be found in `/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL'.
