* Move dict into /usr/share/hunspell and add compatibility symlinks
from /usr/share/myspell/dicts (closes: #541902)
* debian/control:
- bump standards version to 3.8.3, no extra change is needed
- move Homepage tag to the proper location
* Merge with the previous unreleased changelog entry
