* Modularized the patch list. It is now constructed from
debian/patches/00list and 00list.${ARCH} (where ${ARCH} is the
architecture we're building for). Also, one can override the PATCHLIST
variable, and that will Just Work. So you can use dpatch without
00list too! :)
