tool to convert Minolta DiMAGE 5/7/7i RAW images to PPM

This program processes RAW images of the Minolta DiMAGE 5 and 7 series digital SLR camera's. These images will be postprocessed and converted to 8 or 16 bit PPM files. Noteworthy postprocessing steps are:

 - colourspace conversion from the camera's own large colourspace to sRGB
 - dark field subtraction
 - interpolation of the CCD's Bayer pattern using bilinear, vector median or
   various other interpolation algorithms
 - tone curve adjustment
 - separate sharpening and blurring of luminance and chrominance channels
